Saint Marys College, Mauritius

1904 two-cent postal stationery franked with a 3¢ Jackson stamp to pay the UPU letter rate to Mauritius.  A very uncommon destination for turn of the 20th century U.S. postal history.  Mauritius was a Bristish colony until 1968 when it became an independent country.
